Following on from the joyous event that was 2011 Bike Festival, the 2012 Newcastle Bicycle Festival is planned for the weekend of the 21st – 23rd September and aims to bring together communities and cyclists, old and new to celebrate the world of cycling in the North East.
We are planning a weekend of events around Tyneside from film screenings and skill sharing, good times with a biking theme to good times in the saddle. We are keen to get as many people involved as possible, so if you have an idea of an event you’d like to organise, would like to sponsor the festival or you would just like to support us in any way you can then leave a message for us on this webpage or email us on newcastlebikefestival@yahoo.co.uk telling us a little bit about how you would like to get involved.
